Shipping and Return Policy

  1. Lead times and manufacturing: Most of our listed products are made to order to customer color specification, all orders have a standard 1-2 week lead time. During sales or holiday seasons, we may experience higher sales volumes which may increase the lead time on orders. If this does happen, we will notify you immediately via email. Please contact us if you have a special lead time request.
  2. Shipping: We ship using USPS as that is the most affordable option for our customers. Tracking information will be communicated to you immediately after your order is complete and ready to ship. If you have a special shipping request please contact us.
  3. Returns: If for whatever reason you feel the need to return an item, we will accept the return as long as the product has not been installed or tampered with. If the item is defective, we will pay the shipping costs for the return. If the item is not defective, there is a 25% restocking fee. We issue refunds to the original form of payment.
  4. Exchanges: Upon receiving your product, if you decide you would like to exchange your product for the same product in a different color combination, there is a 25% restocking fee for the original product and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We urge you to view the color options section before purchase so you know what the colors will look like.
  5. Warranty: We offer a 1 year warranty from the time you received the product.
