GENERAL INFORMATION

Lead times and manufacturing: Most of our listed products are made to order to customer color specification, all orders have a standard 1-2 week lead time. During sales or holiday seasons, we may experience higher sales volumes which may increase the lead time on orders. If this does happen, we will notify you via email.

If you have a special lead time request, please contact us – while we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet it, we will do everything that we can.

Shipping: We ship using USPS as that is the most affordable option for our customers. Tracking information will be communicated to you shortly after your order is complete and ready to ship.

For all return shipments to us, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the goods being shipped.

Gifts: If a product purchased from us was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
