Tried to cancel the order and got no response from the company. The product looks like it was made on a cheap 3D printer and there are obvious flaws at the place where the bolts go through. I’ve sent multiple emails to the company since there is apparently no other way to reach them. I have started a case with the BBB and am fighting the charge with my credit card company.
